An Opportunity ...
As Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ continues to grow across America and here in the Northwest the challenge of keeping in touch will also continue to grow. The congregations that make up LCMC will thrive in relationship to the degree that we are an interconnected community, providing mutual support.
There are two interconnected means of communication to develop further--one is the newsletter, The Northwest Link, and the other is this web site, nw-lcmc.net.
The growth that LCMC has experienced in recent months has made it clear that it will be increasingly important to seek out people within Lutheran congregations across this large expanse of land who can become a local representative of one or both of these two communication venues--corespondents, in the parlance of the newspaper trade. People who live and work in the communities about which they write. People who know their turf.
That could be you, dear reader.
